The Popular Press is the musical expression of singer-songwriter Tony Acevedo. Blends of rock, folk, indie, and inspiration drawn from hip hop define the project. Influences range from Jim Croce and Bob Dylan to Bon Iver, David Bazan, and many more. Originally from San Diego, Tony has called New York City home for several years.
